Designation: Operation Executive

Location: Ethics Group, Plot. A-23/2&A-24/1, Ichhapore - Bhatpore GIDC, Ichhapore, Surat – 394510

Salary: Up to 25k inhand + PF + Medical

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound Operations

• Coordinate unloading, checking, and GRN (Goods Receipt Note) preparation.
• Verify received quantities and documentation against purchase orders.

Outbound Operations

• Manage order picking, packing, and dispatch as per client requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery and proper documentation for shipments.

Inventory Management

• Conduct daily cycle counts and assist in monthly stock audits.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and reconcile variances.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare daily MIS reports for inward/outward stock movement.
• Ensure proper filing of dispatch documents, invoices, and gate passes.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–5 years’ experience in warehouse or logistics operations (preferably 3PL / FMCG / Pharma).
• Must be available to work in rotational shift.
