About the Role

We are an architectural design and contracting company seeking a dynamic coordinator to handle client inquiries, support operations, and manage supplier relations. This role bridges client communication, procurement, and community management, ensuring smooth operations from first inquiry to project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main contact for client follow-ups, quotations, and updates.
  • Prepare quotations and proposals and maintain records.
  • Issue purchase orders and follow up with suppliers on delivery and specifications.
  • Build and maintain supplier database (furniture, cladding, finishing materials).
  • Manage social media community: reply to comments, messages, and post daily stories.
  • Track and report daily/weekly updates on leads, fees, quotations, and supplier status.
  • Support management in client account handling and ensure high service standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in operation handling, coordination, procurement, or similar.
  • Background in interior design, furniture supply, or contracting industry is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication in Arabic & English (written and spoken).
  • Organized and detail-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace / AI tools.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business).

Compensation

  • Salary: 14,000 – 18,000 EGP depending on experience.
  • Bonus/incentives based on performance and client conversion.
