Logistics First Mile Team Leader

First Mile Team Leader to take charge of the critical link between production and distribution, ensuring

that our pure, high-quality products move smoothly from the factory to our warehouses across Egypt.

Key Responsibilities

Secure daily transport capacity to move finished goods efficiently from the factory to warehouses, aligned with production and sales plans.

Coordinate with Planning and production teams to match transportation schedules with business priorities.

Monitor warehouse storage capacities and allocate shipments to optimal locations based on space and stock rotation.

Create and manage internal shipment orders on the system for all internal transport (trailers).

Oversee trailer loading operations to ensure continuous flow and prevent production downtime.

Track and verify all deliveries , matching system records with physical shipments, and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Follow up on delays or transport issues , take corrective actions, and escalate when necessary.\

Conduct monthly shipment closing , verifying executed trips, costs, and reconciling with Finance and transport partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5-7 years’ experience in logistics or distribution (FMCG preferred).
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Willing to work on-site at Wadi El Natroun.
