Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with project coordination and administration to ensure timely project completion.
• Support the creation and upkeep of project documentation, reports, and records.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
• Manage daily operational tasks and provide administrative support to the operations team.
• Aid in implementing operational procedures and guidelines.
• Contribute to enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with relevant local and international real estate regulations and standards.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) or PMI (Project Management Institute) certification is a plus.
• Experience with project registration on DLD portals is preferable.
• Familiarity with OQOOD Registration system or similar platforms is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in Arabic is required.
