About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and organized Operations Executive to manage our vendor relationships, coordinate product sampling, and ensure smooth production operations. You’ll play a key role in bridging our design and manufacturing teams, ensuring every product is developed, sampled, and delivered on time — with the right quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with multiple vendors for product development, sampling, and production.
• Track sampling timelines, follow up for approvals, and maintain detailed sampling reports.
• Communicate design and packaging specifications to vendors and ensure accurate execution.
• Conduct initial quality checks on samples for finish, accuracy, and material consistency.
• Support in vendor scouting, onboarding, and compliance documentation.
• Assist in cost negotiations, purchase orders, and raw material sourcing when needed.
• Maintain trackers for production schedules, deliveries, and payments.
• Coordinate with logistics partners for dispatches and inventory movement.
• Work closely with the product and design teams to ensure timely feedback and updates.

Requirements

• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic documentation tools.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes like printing, packaging, or assembly is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with tight timelines.
• A keen eye for detail and quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
