Job Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organizing, and overseeing daily operational activities to ensure smooth business functions.
- Support implementation of operational policies, procedures, and standards to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor workflow and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Supervise and coordinate with operational staff to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Provide training, coaching, and guidance to employees to enhance performance and skill development.
- Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and cost efficiency.
- Ensure operational compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions to maintain service excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as HR, finance, logistics, and administration.
- Prepare operational reports, performance reviews, and productivity summaries for senior management.
- Manage documentation, schedules, and communication for operational functions.
- Oversee inventory control, equipment maintenance, and facility support operations.
