Sous Chef – Lahore, Pakistan

ArtVision (Cue Cinema & Elevate Gym) is seeking a Sous Chef with strong expertise in European & Western cuisine, as well as deep experience in procurement, sourcing, and supply chain management. This role will lead all culinary operations while ensuring cost-effective sourcing, menu innovation, and world-class kitchen standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, maintain consistent food quality, and ensure excellence in European & Western cuisine.
  • Menu Development: Create seasonal menus, introduce innovative dishes, and ensure alignment with brand standards.
  • Sourcing & Procurement: Identify and manage local/international suppliers, negotiate costs, and ensure ingredients meet required standards.
  • Supply Chain & Inventory: Forecast ingredient needs, maintain optimal stock levels, reduce wastage, and implement procurement SOPs.
  • Cost Control: Manage food costs, portioning, and kitchen budgets while optimising resource utilization.Team Management: Train, mentor, and supervise chefs and kitchen staff; enforce discipline, hygiene, and HACCP compliance.

Requirements

  • Min 05 – 06 years culinary experience, including min 03 years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in European & Western cuisine.
  • Strong procurement, sourcing, and vendor management background.
  • Excellent leadership, organisation, and budgeting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs110,000.00 per month
