Survillence Head / Survillence Executive

1. Monitoring & Security Control

Oversee real-time monitoring of CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarms.

Ensure all critical areas are monitored and reviewed regularly.

Identify suspicious activities and ensure timely reporting to management.

2. Team Supervision

Manage, guide, and train the surveillance team.

Prepare duty rosters and ensure proper manpower coverage during all shifts.

Conduct performance evaluations and ensure team discipline.

3. Incident Response & Reporting

Respond quickly to emergency situations (theft, accidents, fire, safety issues).

Review recorded footage for investigations.

Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and incident reports for management.

4. System Maintenance & Upgradation

Coordinate with IT / technical team for CCTV and surveillance equipment maintenance.

Recommend system improvements or new camera installations.

5. Policy Implementation

Ensure compliance with company security SOPs.

Develop surveillance-related policies and ensure strict implementation.

Conduct periodic audits of surveillance operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Manager Survillence: 6 years (Preferred)
