Operations Executive

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage day-to-day backend operations of our website/marketplace. The role involves vendor coordination, product and data management, website updates, and customer/vendor support. The candidate should be capable of handling multiple responsibilities and keeping senior management informed of all operational activities.

1. All Data Entry including Pictures, Banners and Products details as required

2. Verify and Approve Vendors

3. New Products verification

4. Pics and data verification/corrections

5. Subscription Verification and Matching Accounts

6. Offers and deals handling including uploading and changing

7. Communicate with Vendors – like onboarding and orders

8. Handle wholesale orders

9. Handling login and other issues on the website

10. Website changes and updations.

11. Handling News and Blogs

12. Handling Ticket and Support

13. Handling any other issues related and keeping MD in loop for everything.
