We are seeking a Social Media Manager who understands retail, brand tone, and customer engagement at a professional level. This role suits someone who can manage the entire digital presence of a fast-growing retail brand and translate day-to-day activity into meaningful results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies that strengthen brand visibility and consumer engagement
- Manage daily content planning, scheduling, and community management across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms
- Lead creative direction for campaigns, photo/video shoots, and content production
- Work closely with designers, photographers, and influencers to execute campaigns with consistency
- Analyse performance metrics and optimise content based on data
- Maintain a cohesive brand identity and ensure all digital output reflects the company’s standards
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in social media or digital marketing, ideally within retail or lifestyle brands
- Strong understanding of content trends, customer behaviour, and platform algorithms
- Confident in writing, planning, and producing content
- Experience working with creative teams and external partners
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Pay: BD400.000 - BD600.000 per month
