Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Account Manager to manage client relationships and oversee social media planning, execution, and performance across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, hands-on social media experience, and the ability to manage content calendars, campaigns, and client expectations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and manage day-to-day account communication
  • Develop and execute channel-specific social media strategies aligned with client goals
  • Create and manage monthly content calendars
  • Oversee content creation including posts, captions, and video content
  • Coordinate with design and creative teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Manage content scheduling and publishing across platforms
  • Monitor community engagement and respond to comments and messages
  • Analyze social media performance and prepare regular reports
  • Provide live social media coverage during events when required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management and client handling
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategy
  • Experience with content calendars and campaign planning
  • Good copywriting and communication skills
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in video marketing
  • English–Arabic translation or bilingual copywriting
  • Agency background
