Role Overview
The Real Estate Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns specifically tailored for the real estate market. From property listing promotions to lead funnel optimization, you will play a key role in driving qualified leads and increasing engagement across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote property listings, open houses, and new projects.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and property portal promotions.
- Oversee SEO and content optimization to improve organic ranking for key real estate keywords and property-related searches.
- Create engaging content for digital platforms—social media posts, landing pages, email newsletters, and property descriptions.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Coordinate property photoshoots, video tours, aerial drone footage, and virtual tours to produce high-quality digital content.
- Use CRM systems to track, nurture, and convert leads; optimize lead funnels for higher conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular performance reports.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align digital strategies with sales goals and property availability.
- Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activities, and platform performance to adjust digital strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, SEO tools, Google Analytics, and CRM systems.
- Strong understanding of real estate marketplaces (local listing sites).
- Excellent copywriting, content creation, and visual storytelling skills.
- Experience with video marketing, virtual tour platforms, or real estate photography is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage multiple property campaigns simultaneously.
- Creative, analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
