Marketing And Social Media Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and Social Media Specialist with experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing our brand visibility, increasing customer engagement, and promoting our culinary offerings through compelling digital content and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).

Create high-quality visual content, including food photography and video reels for promotional use.

Design and schedule posts, stories, and ads in alignment with marketing campaigns.

Collaborate with chefs, management, and front-of-house teams to capture behind-the-scenes and food prep content.

Manage customer engagement, respond to comments/messages, and promote online reviews.

Monitor analytics and KPIs to improve engagement and reach.

Support in event marketing, influencer collaborations, and seasonal promotions.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing/social media, preferably in the restaurant, F&B, or hospitality sector.

Proven skills in photography and videography (preferably food-focused).

Proficiency in editing tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.

Strong knowledge of social media algorithms and trends (especially in GCC markets).

Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Creative mindset, self-motivated, and results-driven.

Familiarity with Google Business, email marketing, and basic SEO is a plus.
