Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in social media management, SEO/SEM, content creation, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Plan and manage social media content calendars, posting schedules, and audience engagement.
- Create engaging content (posts, reels, videos, graphics) aligned with brand guidelines.
- Perform SEO optimization, keyword research, and improve website rankings.
- Manage Google Ads, social media ads, and remarketing campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (traffic, leads, conversions).
- Optimize landing pages and user funnels for improved conversions.
- Collaborate with sales, design, and management teams to support overall marketing goals.
- Prepare monthly digital performance reports and analytics dashboards.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
- Stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
- Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
- Basic graphic design/video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven thinking.
- Excellent communication and content-writing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred:
- GCC experience.
- Knowledge of Arabic (added advantage).
- Experience in lead generation campaigns.
