We are seeking a Social Media Manager who understands retail, brand tone, and customer engagement at a professional level. This role suits someone who can manage the entire digital presence of a fast-growing retail brand and translate day-to-day activity into meaningful results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies that strengthen brand visibility and consumer engagement
  • Manage daily content planning, scheduling, and community management across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms
  • Lead creative direction for campaigns, photo/video shoots, and content production
  • Work closely with designers, photographers, and influencers to execute campaigns with consistency
  • Analyse performance metrics and optimise content based on data
  • Maintain a cohesive brand identity and ensure all digital output reflects the company’s standards

Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience in social media or digital marketing, ideally within retail or lifestyle brands
  • Strong understanding of content trends, customer behaviour, and platform algorithms
  • Confident in writing, planning, and producing content
  • Experience working with creative teams and external partners
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary, Contract

Pay: BD900.000 - BD1,000.000 per month
