Digital Marketing & Content Executive

Job Purpose

The Digital Marketing & Content Executive will support the company’s digital marketing and creative activities across social media, e-commerce and retail channels. This role will be responsible for creating and posting engaging content, assisting in campaign execution, supporting events and activations and ensuring consistent brand presentation online and offline.

Key Responsibilities

· Execute the company’s social media and content calendar across platforms

· Design and post digital and visual materials for social media, retail promotions and events

· Support paid campaign setup, coordination and performance tracking

· Manage day-to-day community interactions and assist with engagement monitoring

· Coordinate with agencies, photographers and suppliers for creative requirements

· Support events and activations by developing visuals and capturing content for digital use

· Update product and campaign visuals for the website and e-commerce platforms

· Assist with regular reporting on digital activities and competitor monitoring

Key Skills & Competencies

· Strong creative skills and experience with design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Suite, etc.)

· Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing basics

· Excellent organization, coordination and communication skills

· Team-oriented with a hands-on approach and attention to detail

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.

· 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management.
