Operations Executive

We are looking for a proactive Operations Executive to handle day-to-day operational activities in the compliance business segment. The role involves coordinating with vendors, field teams, transport authorities, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations, timely execution, and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily operational activities for compliance projects.
• Coordinate with vendors, field teams, transport authorities, and internal departments.
• Ensure timely installations and adherence to compliance standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and prepare MIS reports.
• Track progress and resolve field-level operational challenges.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and timely submission of required reports.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in operations, compliance, logistics, telecom, GPS/IoT, or transport-related projects.
• Any Degree/Diploma.
• Mandatory: Proficiency in either Tamil or Hindi.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
• Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
• Confident and proactive approach to handling operational tasks.
