Operations Executive

Job Summary:
The Operations Executive will handle order fulfillment, inventory management, logistics, and vendor coordination. They will also assist with eCommerce operations and process improvements, working across teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage order processing, shipping, and inventory.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for restocking.
• Assist in optimizing online listings and eCommerce operations.
• Handle customer inquiries related to orders and shipping.
• Monitor key operational metrics and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in operations or logistics.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (WooCommerce, Amazon, Flipkart preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
