Roles & Responsibilities

In addition to the standard operational duties, you will be entrusted with:

-End-to-end handling of domestic/international tour bookings and operations.
-Preparing and submitting an End-of-Day (EOD) Operations Report to your reporting manager.
- Ensuring smooth client communication, query resolution, and service delivery.
- Coordinating with vendors, hotels, and transport partners to ensure seamless tour execution.
- Maintaining and updating accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and client feedback.
- Supporting the team in process improvements and contributing to operational efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,384.44 - ₹29,520.47 per month
