Operations Executive

As an E-commerce Operations and Accounts professional, your role is to oversee and manage the operational and financial aspects of an e-commerce business. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth order processing and financial transactions within the online platform. This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and knowledge of e-commerce platforms and accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proven experience in e-commerce operations and account management.
• Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
• Familiarity with payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on financial data.
• Experience in maintaining quarterly P&L statements, including tracking revenue per sale and calculating employee commissions.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Familiarity with logistics partners such as FedEx, USPS, DHL, and UPS, including experience generating accurate domestic and international shipping documentation, RMAs, and shipping claims.
• Solid understanding of logistics workflows and coordination with shipping partners.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, digital-first work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
