Role Overview

We’re looking for an E-commerce Operations Executive to handle day-to-day marketplace and website operations. This role involves managing orders, listings, inventory coordination, and ensuring smooth backend processes for our online business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily order processing across website and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for packing, dispatch, and delivery tracking.
• Monitor inventory levels and update stock across all platforms.
• Create and update product listings (titles, pricing, images, descriptions).
• Handle returns, RTOs, and order-related issues.
• Coordinate with customer support team for order escalations.
• Track marketplace performance, cancellations, and delivery SLAs.
• Maintain reports in Excel/Google Sheets for orders, inventory, and sales.
• Work closely with marketing/design team for product uploads and launches.

Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in e-commerce operations or backend operations.
• Hands-on experience with marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
• Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.

Preferred

• Experience in D2C brand operations.
• Understanding of courier panels and order management systems.
• Immediate joiner preferred.

Salary: As per experience
Working Days: 6 days a week

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,098.87 - ₹34,008.61 per month
