Job Title: Operations Executive (Part-Time)

As we expand our presence in the Middle East, we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support our regional operations.
Role Overview
The Operations Executive will play a critical role in supporting HR operations, government compliance, and administrative coordination in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. This role requires hands-on experience with Saudi government platforms, strong communication skills and the ability to operate independently in a fast‑paced, multi‑country environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR & Administrative Operations
- Prepare job offers and employment contracts.
- Ensure all onboarding documentation is completed prior to start dates.
- Draft, review, renew, and manage employment contracts in English and Arabic.
- Manage IT assets and office supplies inventory.
- Coordinate medical insurance enrollment and renewals.
2. Compliance & Government Portal Management
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and labor regulations in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
- Manage end‑to‑end processes on Saudi government platforms, including:
- Qiwa
- GOSI
- Muqeem
- Mudad
- Absher Business
- ZATCA
- Manage UAE operations through the Meydan Free Zone portal, including visas and renewals.
3. Residency & Legal Support
- Handle Iqama renewals, transfers, and related residency procedures.
- Ensure full legal compliance with Saudi labor regulations.
- Support issuance and review of business invitation letters for Percipere employees visiting the Saudi office.
4. External Liaison & Regional Support
- Act as a point of contact with external partners, stakeholders, and internal teams, including Sales.
- Represent Percipere professionally and build strong working relationships.
- Support planning and execution of regional events such as conferences, board meetings, networking sessions, and team gatherings across Riyadh, Dubai and Almaty ensuring seamless logistics and positive experiences.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal) – mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- 2–3 years of experience in administrative coordination or similar operational roles.
- Must be a Saudi national, based in Riyadh-mandatory
