Operations Executive at Textile Boutique

Job Summary: The Operations Executive will oversee and streamline the daily operations of the textile boutique, ensuring efficient and smooth functioning of all retail and operational processes. This role is critical for maintaining optimal inventory levels, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, enhancing the customer shopping experience, and supporting the boutique's financial and operational objectives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, track product movement, manage inventory reporting, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product quality and availability.
  • Vendor & Supply Chain Coordination: Act as a liaison with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and smooth operations from procurement to store.
  • Process Oversight: Oversee daily operations, ensuring all procedures are followed according to company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Store Efficiency: Optimize the shopping experience, support the execution of store-level strategies, and ensure the boutique's environment is tidy and well-maintained.
  • Compliance & Quality: Conduct periodic audits to ensure adherence to operational and safety protocols, maintain records, and uphold quality standards for both products and processes.
  • Performance Reporting: Compile and analyze operational data to produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports on KPIs for senior management, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Team & Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and design, to ensure seamless operations and coordinate tasks for staff.
  • Process Improvement: Proactively identify operational bottlenecks, analyze recurring issues, and propose solutions to improve workflow, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in retail operations, operations coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in using operational and project management software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams, vendors, and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
