Job Summary:

The Operations Executive plays a critical role in managing and coordinating all activities related to business setup services in both mainland and free zone jurisdictions. The role involves handling client documentation, liaising with government authorities, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth execution of business setup processes in compliance with applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities:Client Coordination & Onboarding

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the business setup process.
  • Gather, verify, and process required documents for mainland and free zone company formation.
  • Schedule and attend meetings with clients, legal consultants, and government departments as needed.
  • Provide clients with clear guidance on procedures, costs, timelines, and regulatory requirements.

Process Management

  • Initiate and manage business setup applications in both mainland (e.g., DED, MOHRE, Immigration) and various free zones (e.g., DMCC, IFZA, RAKEZ, etc.).
  • Monitor the progress of trade license issuance, visa applications, and establishment cards.
  • Coordinate document attestations, translations, and notarization services when needed.
  • Maintain detailed records of all applications, renewals, cancellations, and amendments.

Liaison & Compliance

  • Liaise with PROs, government departments, and free zone authorities to track applications and resolve issues.
  • Ensure all operations comply with current laws and regulations of respective jurisdictions.
  • Stay updated on changes in business setup laws, visa regulations, and licensing requirements.

Administrative Support

  • Support internal departments (sales, legal, finance) by providing timely operational input.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems and client files accurately.
  • Prepare and submit reports on license statuses, visa progress, and operational KPIs.

Requirements:Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in business setup operations in UAE (mainland and/or free zone experience is essential).

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of UAE business setup processes, including various free zones and mainland regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience dealing with DED, MOHRE, GDRFA, and major UAE free zones.
  • Understanding of visa processing, labor contracts, and employee onboarding requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
