Operations Executive - FM needed for overseeing attendance records across client sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily attendance for all employees at various locations.
- Verify reports from supervisors and subcontractors.
- Enter data accurately into HRMS or Excel.
- Follow up on absentees and document leaves and shifts.
- Coordinate with HR and Payroll for salary processing.
- Investigate discrepancies and resolve issues.
- Prepare reports for management and clients.
- Maintain employee confidentiality and address queries.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2–3 years experience in attendance or HR operations.
- Proficiency in MS-Office, especially Excel.
