Operations Executive - Freight Forwarding

Expedite Impex, a dynamic and innovative freight forwarding company, is seeking a talented Operations Executive with minimum 6 months of experience to join our team. As an Operations executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our freight forwarding services, ensuring efficient and timely movement of cargo while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities :-

- Coordinate and manage all aspects of freight forwarding operations, including scheduling, routing, and tracking shipments.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, suppliers, and customers to ensure seamless logistics operations.

- Implement and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

- Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations andindustry standards.

- Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

- Internship or 6months to 2years experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations.

- Strong understanding of international shipping regulations and procedures.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- Proven leadership abilities with a track record of managing and motivating teams.

- Proficiency in logistics software and systems.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
