M.B.A (Hospital Management) - Preferred

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Ø Represents the hospital administration during business hours and off-business hours.

Ø Manage crisis situation.

Ø Serves as a management liaison for all business operations, patient services, patient safety, and security.

Ø Take care of Coordination with Doctors and Patients regarding Surgery Appointments.

Ø Take care of Overall OP and IP Billing.

Ø Investigates and resolves complaints from patients, hospital staff and the public.

Ø Mediates between medical, nursing, and other support services to ensure seamless patient care services.

Ø Meet-up with all night-time unit In-charge concerning to their function and issues.

Ø Escalates issues and risks for resolution to unit heads and management.

Ø Report management on daily basis the night operation activities, Key indicators, issues and risks.

Ø Performing any other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.
