Operations Executive - Shipping Agency

Managing the shipping agency operation at Fujairah port includes;

• Registering vessels with Port and declaring ETA with expected discharging and loading moves.
• Handling vessels for calling cargo operations FOTT, Vopak Terminals, Marine Services, ship crew change formalities, service boat arrangements, coordinating with third party venders, arranging transportation
• Coordinate bunker arrangements and slot bookings as per charterers and owners’ requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of 1 year Fujairah port experience is required.
• Knowledge in port procedures and shipping documentation.
• Strong organizational and communication skill

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Fujairah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Shipping Agency: 1 year (Preferred)
• Fujairah port: 1 year (Preferred)
