Warehouse Supervisor

Operations and inventory management

• Qualified MBA experienced in Manufacturing/ Construction industry in UAE.
• Oversee and manage daily operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Monitor and control inventory levels to optimize stock and prevent overstocking or understocking.
• Ensure accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) and conduct regular stock checks.
• Manage warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency.

Staff and safety

• Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff.
• Enforce all company policies, regulations, and safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment, tools, and the warehouse grounds.
• Ensure proper handling of hazardous materials and coordinate safety training.

Logistics and coordination

• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Liaise with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure smooth workflow and resolve issues.

Administration and improvement

• Maintain accurate records and prepare necessary documentation and reports.
• Monitor warehouse productivity and performance metrics.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement new procedures or technologies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
