About the Role
As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for managing
flight and hotel bookings
. This role involves handling bookings end-to-end, ensuring compliance with travel policies, and delivering excellent customer service while coordinating with airlines, hotels, bed banks, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Flight Operations

Prepare flight bookings, generate PNRs, and provide quotations.

Book, issue, amend, refund, and cancel flight tickets through GDSs (Amadeus, Travelport, Sabre, Worldspan) and online platforms.

Ensure compliance with airline policies, fare rules, discount authority, and approval chains.

Manage ticket sales entries, cash controls, and customer credit limits.

Follow quality assurance measures to avoid Airline Debit Memos.

Provide customers with accurate travel prerequisites, including airline-specific and destination-specific rules.
Hotel & Ground Services Operations

Manage hotel bookings through B2B portals, suppliers, and bed banks.

Maintain strong relationships with hotels and travel suppliers to resolve booking issues.

Coordinate with clients to meet their accommodation and travel preferences.

Support finance teams with reconciliation of supplier invoices and receivables.
Customer Service & Experience

Deliver outstanding service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.

Maintain and update customer profiles and preferences in CRM.

Handle complaints effectively and escalate unresolved issues when needed.
Collaboration & Reporting

Work with cross-functional teams for smooth operations.

Prepare sales and booking reports and share operational insights with management.

Provide feedback to enhance processes and operational effectiveness.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in business management, Hospitality, or equivalent.

IATA certification is an advantage.

Minimum 3 years in travel operations/agency environment, with expertise in both flights and hotels.

Proficiency in GDSs (Amadeus, Travelport, Sabre, Worldspan).

Experience with hotel booking portals (Booking.com, bed banks, B2B platforms).

Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word)

Arabic speaker with excellent English (spoken & written).

Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
