We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our growing team. This role is central to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, from inventory management to logistics coordination, enabling BioFrost to deliver a seamless experience to customers across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Management & Fulfillment
- Manage and process orders across Shopify, Amazon, and marketplaces.
- Coordinate with courier partners (NimbusPost, Bluedart, DTDC, etc.) for timely dispatch.
- Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and ensure accurate status updates.
- Inventory & Stock Control
- Monitor and reconcile stock levels across EasyEcom, FBA, and physical warehouses.
- Ensure accurate inwarding, purchase orders, and replenishments.
- Identify discrepancies and resolve them proactively.
- Logistics & Vendor Coordination
- Liaise with logistics partners to optimize costs and service performance.
- Handle freight adjustments, weight reconciliations, and claims.
- Coordinate packaging, labeling, and warehouse support.
- Process & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, returns, and stock adjustments.
- Generate daily/weekly MIS reports on sales, inventory, and operations.
- Support audits, compliance checks, and SOP implementation.
- Customer Operations Support
- Respond to Customer Queries / Issues.
- Investigate and resolve missing, delayed, or misrouted orders.
- Sales Team - Planning , Routing & Reporting
- Assist the sales team with route/beat planning, stock availability coordination, and operational support to ensure smooth market coverage.
- Track sales activities, consolidate reports (daily/weekly/monthly), and provide actionable insights/dashboards for management.
- Manage facilities and office maintenance (FMS), including periodic service checks, equipment upkeep, and coordination/follow-ups with vendors for timely resolution.
- Support marketing activities by coordinating media events, exhibitions, stalls, banners, standees, and other promotional material requirements.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Hands-on experience with EasyEcom OMS is a must.
- Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and NimbusPost preferred.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting and analysis.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and also collaborate effectively as a team player.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
