Operations & Finance Manager

FinnlySport is a premier provider of sports facility management software dedicated to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of Sports Facilities operations. Our innovative solutions help clients easily manage scheduling, billing, registrations, point of sale, and customer relationships.

We are a fast-paced, innovative SaaS company seeking a dynamic and strategic Operations & Finance Manager to work closely with the CEO and other functional leaders to help drive the business's growth. This is a unique opportunity for someone who loves small business, has developed a broad skillset through hands-on experience working in smaller organizations, and thrives in problem-solving environments.

Responsibilities

  • Accounting: Responsible for full cycle accounting. Perform all bookkeeping functions, including Payroll, A/R, and AP.
  • Financial reporting: Ensure financial reports and financial statements are prepared accurately and on time.
  • Budgeting: Develop and manage the company's budget, working closely with other departments to ensure it aligns with the company's goals.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial and employment regulations.
  • Insurance and Banking relationships: Work effectively with insurance vendors and banking representatives
  • Cash flow management: Understand how much money is coming into the business and how much is going out on expenses.
  • Tax preparation: Coordinate preparation of annual tax return with external CPA.
  • Human resources focal point for the company, including recruiting, employee onboarding, handbook maintenance, and benefits.
  • Administrative Support: Manage and provide comprehensive support for digital tools including Zoom, HubSpot, Slack and Adobe Sign.
  • Work closely with CEO on special projects
  • Work effectively with members of the leadership team to help chart the course for company growth and success

Qualifications & Skills

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's Degree in Business or Accounting

● 5-7 years of business experience

● Direct SaaS experience with a strong understanding of recurring revenue, customer lifecycle, and SaaS workflows

  • Excellent communication skills

● Attention to detail

● Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

● Quick learner

● Good time management

Technical Knowledge and Skills:

● Proficiency with QuickBooks Online

● Microsoft Office and Google Suites

● Knowledge of HubSpot a plus

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
