Operations Head (Retired Army)

Summary:
We are seeking a disciplined and experienced professional, preferably retired from the Army, to head operations and ensure smooth day-to-day business functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee overall operations including security, administration, and logistics.
• Implement standard operating procedures for efficiency.
• Supervise teams and ensure discipline and compliance.
• Handle vendor management and operational budgeting.
• Maintain safety and security protocols.
• Report to senior management on operations progress.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
