Operations Intern

We are seeking an Operations Intern to join our team and support day-to-day operations across procurement, project planning, and vendor coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in operations management within the landscaping industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in procurement processes, including raising and tracking purchase requests
• Support landscape planning activities by coordinating with internal teams and vendors
• Communicate with suppliers and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Help manage backend logistics for ongoing landscaping projects
• Contribute to client servicing by preparing documentation and status updates
• Maintain operational records and assist with process optimization tasks

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic documentation tools
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
