About the Role

We’re seeking a proactive Operations Intern to support daily business and supply chain functions at KOSAC. This role is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn the end-to-end flow of operations — from procurement to delivery.

As an Operations Intern, you’ll ensure the company’s supply chain runs smoothly by tracking processes, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and ensuring timely updates and execution. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to operational planning, logistics, and real-time decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
• Monitor and track supply chain processes — from inventory to dispatch.
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners for timely delivery and documentation.
• Maintain and update operational records, reports, and status trackers.
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
• Support the operations team in planning, procurement, and quality checks.
• Ensure real-time updates to management on supply chain and operational status.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Marathi Language
• Eagerness to understand end-to-end operations and supply chain workflows.
