Role: Operations Intern — Salon
Brands: American Hairline (AHL) & Alchemane
Reporting to: Salon Operations Manager
Location: Khar (W), Mumbai (On-site)
Comp: ₹5–₹10k stipend + performance bonus; PPO for top performers
Schedule: Tue–Sun, 10:30 AM–7:30 PM (Mon off)
Responsibilities
- Frontline Operations
- Own the daily run-sheet: slot hygiene, no-show follow-ups, buffer planning.
- Client journey control: greet → intake form → service handover → QA photos → billing → after-care brief.
- Inventory & Procurement
- Count-in/count-out for toppers, patches, adhesives, clips, tapes, tools.
- Raise low-stock alerts, create GRNs, reconcile vendor bills, update batch/expiry.
- Quality & Compliance
- Pre-service kit verification; tool sanitation logs; color & base matching QC.
- Before/after capture standards (angles, lighting, consent forms).
- Incident log & quick CAPA notes.
- Order & Dispatch
- Move cases through Enquiry → Consult → Order → Assembly → QA → Dispatch in the tracker.
- Coordinate courier pickups; update clients with AWB; follow D+1 delivery checks.
- Data, FMS & Reporting
- Maintain Google Sheets dashboards (Planned vs. Actual, delays, NPS).
- Daily EOD: appointments served, upsells, issues, stock movement.
- Project Support
- Support shoots (models, releases, slotting).
- Help standardize SOPs and training material for new stylists/interns.
Tools You’ll Use
- Google Sheets, Docs, Drive, WhatsApp Web
- Label printer / barcode, basic CRM (we’ll train)
- Bonus: Google Apps Script basics (logging timestamps, WhatsApp templates)
Must-Haves
- Strong ownership, neat documentation, time discipline
- Comfortable on busy floors; polite, professional communication
- English + Hindi/Marathi
Good-to-Have
- Experience in salon/retail/clinic ops
- Basic Excel/Sheets formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, FILTER, COUNTIF), checklists, QR/barcodes
- Any exposure to logistics/courier portals
Success Metrics (tracked weekly)
- Appointment on-time start rate ≥95%
- Stock variance ≤2%
- Order → Dispatch TAT ≤24h (where applicable)
- CSAT/NPS ≥4.6
- SLA breaches documented with CAPA within 24h
Growth Path

Mini Assignment (submit with application)
- Share a one-page Google Sheet mock for Daily EOD with sections for: Appointments, Issues/CAPA, Stock-in/out, Courier pickups. Include 3 basic formulas you’d use.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
