Studio Covers is a women-led luxury home décor brand with a legacy of craftsmanship and sustainable design. We supply to premium residences and leading hotels in India and abroad. We also have our own D2C brand.

Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Operations Lead to oversee order dispatch, inventory management, vendor coordination, and production schedules. The right candidate will ensure that all orders are fulfilled on time and that our studio runs efficiently on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily order-to-dispatch operations.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and weekly cycle counts.
• Coordinate with vendors and supervise production schedules.
• Work with the production supervisor and team to ensure timely output.
• Track courier SLAs, resolve NDRs, and reduce RTOs.
• Maintain simple dashboards for dispatch, inventory, and vendor performance.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of experience in operations or supply chain (preferably D2C or manufacturing).
• Knowledge of OMS (preferably EasyEcom), Shopify, and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong vendor management and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to lead a small team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
