Operations Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Operations Manager located in Oman. The Field Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily field operations, coordinating with various teams, managing project timelines, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and optimizing operational efficiency. The role requires supervising on-site activities, addressing any operational issues promptly, and implementing strategies aimed at enhancing productivity and cost-effectiveness.

• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field
• Strong Background operations of large heavy duty fleet in Oil & gas industry
• Effective leadership and team management skills.
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills to identify and implement process improvements.
• Asset & Equipment Maintenance: Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure asset integrity and minimize downtime.
