Operations Manager

Job Description:
Pak Marketers is looking for a Male Operations Manager to join our Gujranwala office for the night shift. This is a key role responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations, team coordination, and performance monitoring. The ideal candidate will have strong management skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to take ownership of operational decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all night shift operations, ensuring tasks are completed on time and according to company standards.
• Coordinate between departments (HR, Estimation, Marketing, Accounts) to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Monitor team performance and provide timely feedback to management.
• Identify process gaps and suggest operational improvements for efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Handle employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and maintain a professional work environment.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff as needed.
• Act as the point of contact for urgent decisions and operational escalations during the night shift.

Requirements:

• Gender: Male (Only)
• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration or related field preferred)
• Preferred Age: 27 – 32 years (candidates within this age range will be given priority)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in operations, administration, or team management
• Language: Fluency in English (written & spoken) is mandatory
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Willingness to work night shift regularly

Salary: PKR 70,000 – 80,000 (based on experience)
