Branch Supervisor

Gujranwala, Pakistan

Operational Management

Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including inventory management, product handling, and customer service.

Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and hygiene regulations.

Monitor equipment and facilities to maintain operational efficiency.

Team Leadership

Supervise, train, and motivate branch staff to achieve performance targets.

Schedule and manage staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.

Address staff issues promptly and foster a positive working environment.

Sales and Customer Service

Drive sales by promoting products and ensuring excellent customer service.

Address and resolve customer complaints or queries in a professional and timely manner.

Implement promotional campaigns and track their effectiveness.

Inventory and Stock Control

Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing wastage.

Conduct regular stock checks and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking.

Maintain accurate records of inventory, deliveries, and sales transactions.

Financial Management

Oversee cash handling, daily sales reconciliation, and reporting.

Manage branch expenses to align with budgetary guidelines.

Analyze sales and operational data to identify areas for improvement.

Compliance and Reporting

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards.

Prepare and submit operational reports to senior management as required.

Stay updated on local regulations affecting branch operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs35,000.00 per month
