Operations Manager

Position Overview

The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of Apres outlets, ensuring that all restaurants and cafés run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with the company’s brand standards. The role requires a strong leader who can balance operational excellence, customer satisfaction, cost control, and team development while supporting the company’s growth and expansion strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

  • Supervise day-to-day operations across all outlets, ensuring smooth service delivery.
  • Develop and implement SOPs to maintain consistent quality and efficiency.
  • Monitor service standards, hygiene, and compliance with UAE food safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with outlet managers to resolve operational issues promptly.

Financial & Cost Control

  • Support the General Manager in achieving revenue and profit targets.
  • Control operational costs, minimize wastage, and improve resource utilization.
  • Assist in preparing budgets, sales forecasts, and monthly performance reports.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Manage, mentor, and motivate outlet managers and staff.
  • Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Customer Experience

  • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure customer service standards are consistently exceeded.
  • Resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism.

Procurement & Inventory

  • Oversee inventory management, procurement, and supplier coordination.
  • Ensure stock levels meet operational needs while reducing excess and shortages.

Growth & Expansion

  • Support the opening of new outlets, including recruitment, training, and setup.
  • Contribute ideas to improve operational efficiency and brand growth.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of F&B / Hospitality operations experience (multi-outlet preferred).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of UAE labour laws, F&B regulations, and health & safety standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on approach with problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and restaurant management systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Al-Ayn: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
