Operations Manager

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver high performance and uphold company standards.
  • Monitor and maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality standards in compliance with local regulations.
  • Implement and optimize operational procedures to increase efficiency and profitability.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless collaboration and service delivery.
  • Manage vendor relationships, supply chain logistics, and inventory control.
  • Handle customer concerns and feedback with professionalism and urgency.
  • Drive marketing and promotional initiatives in coordination with management to increase footfall and sales.
  • Should have 5+ years of experience in restaurant operations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
