Operations Manager

Core Responsibilities

• Daily Site Oversight
• Manage and coordinate all on-site operations
• Ensure smooth functioning across departments like logistics, HR, and procurement
• Compliance & Safety
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to industry regulations
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain standards
• Budget & Resource Management
• Monitor operational costs and align them with budget goals
• Optimize resource utilization and manage vendor relationships
• Team Leadership
• Train, supervise, and motivate site staff
• Ensure teams are equipped and aligned with operational goals
• Process Improvement
• Develop and implement policies to enhance efficiency
• Identify bottlenecks and introduce solutions for smoother workflows
• Client & Stakeholder Engagement
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction
• Present operational reports and updates to senior management
• Facility & Maintenance Oversight
• Oversee site maintenance, inventory, and supply chain operations
• Ensure timely completion of projects and tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
