Rent Car is one of the leading car rental companies in Oman, providing premium services to corporate clients, government entities, and individuals. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in the car rental industry to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the rental fleet across branches.
Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Operations, Accounts, and Service Departments.
Manage vehicle handovers, returns, inspections, and maintenance scheduling.
Monitor fleet utilization, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Handle credit customer processes in coordination with Sales and Accounts.
Lead, train, and motivate the operations team to achieve performance targets.
Develop and implement SOPs for operational excellence.
Resolve customer complaints and operational issues effectively.
Prepare regular reports for management on fleet performance and operational KPIs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
HSE course and verified certificate.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the car rental industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of fleet management, rental agreements, and operational workflows.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and fleet/rental management systems.
Fluency in English & Arabic.
Must be based in Oman or willing to relocate.
