Warehouse Manager

Warehouse Manager For expat

Key Responsibilities:

 Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching furniture and furnishing materials.

 Maintain accurate inventory records, implement stock control measures, and ensure timely replenishment of materials.

 Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, coordinating with logistics and transport teams for smooth operations.

 Ensure the warehouse complies with health, safety, security, and quality standards at all times.

 Develop, implement, and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) to drive efficiency and reduce costs.

 Conduct regular inventory audits, reconcile discrepancies, and prepare detailed reports for management.

 Work closely with procurement, production, and sales teams to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure timely order fulfillment.

 Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper utilization of warehouse space and equipment.

 Provide management with insights on operational challenges, resource needs, and continuous improvement opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience:

 Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

 3–5 years’ experience in warehouse or inventory management (preferably in furnishings or manufacturing industries).

 Proficiency in ERP and warehouse management systems (WMS).

 Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

 Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

 Good knowledge of health and safety regulations.

 Valid Oman driving license (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: Up to RO600.000 per month
