Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a US voice process, preferably in freight brokerage or dispatch operations
• Prior experience managing a team in logistics or customer support
• Willingness to work night shifts (US timings)
• Strong understanding of US logistics processes and brokerage operations

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage a large team of Freight Brokers working on US-based logistics operations
• Oversee daily floor operations and ensure team performance meets KPIs
• Monitor compliance with company policies and operational standards
• Train, mentor, and support brokers for skill development and target achievement
• Coordinate with the Operations Head to streamline workflow and optimize team output
• Handle escalations and ensure client satisfaction through timely resolution
• Drive a culture of motivation, accountability, and continuous improvement

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,179.96 - ₹90,000.00 per month
