Operations Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an Operational Manager to join our educational consultancy. The role requires managing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring smooth workflow across departments. The manager will be responsible for maintaining quality services, supporting the admissions team, and improving overall efficiency of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the Branch.
  • Manage and guide team members to achieve company goals.
  • Monitor performance and ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Maintain smooth coordination between departments (counseling, admissions, marketing, etc.).
  • Handle client queries and provide solutions where needed.
  • Implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Report progress and updates to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and people skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Able to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Previous experience in operations is a plus
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
