Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and improve operational systems, processes, and policies to support the company’s mission.
• Oversee daily operations, including supply chain, logistics, inventory, and facilities.
• Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Coordinate and collaborate with other departments such as Sales, Finance, HR, and Procurement.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and quality standards.
• Implement best practices in operations management and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage budgets and forecasts; monitor financial performance and operational expenses.
• Lead, train, and develop staff to ensure high performance and engagement.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors and service providers.
• Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely and effective manner.

Pay: ₹15,301.74 - ₹30,000.00 per month
