Operations Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, streamline standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensure timely project execution, and maintain strong client relationships. This role requires someone who can balance process discipline with people management and deliver a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop, implement, and monitor SOPs across all departments to ensure consistency and efficiency.
● Oversee the entire project lifecycle from order confirmation to production, logistics, and final delivery.
● Monitor timelines and ensure projects are executed on schedule without compromising quality.
● Coordinate between design, production, procurement, and logistics teams to resolve bottlenecks.
● Act as the escalation point for clients; handle customer interactions professionally and ensure high satisfaction levels.
● Track operational KPIs and generate regular reports for management.
● Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
● Build, lead, and motivate the operations team to achieve performance standards.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Operations/Commerce (MBA preferred).
● 5–7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in manufacturing, interiors, or furniture.
● Strong skills in SOP creation, process management, and cross-team coordination.
● Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
● Proficiency in MS Excel and project management tools.
● Ability to work under deadlines while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
