Operations Manager

Working hours: 1:00PM to 9:00PM PK (09:00AM to 5:00PM UK Time). Monday to Friday

Access to computer / Laptop, internet connection & smart phone required. Remote Work for Home.

This role will oversee Operations department to ensure smooth processes .

You will be responsible for:

• Sales coordination and supplier’s material sourcing responsibilities
• Arranging haulage with shipping lines/hauliers and booking containers.
• Creating & processing purchase orders & sales orders
• Arrange shipping via Freight Forwarders
• Creating Invoices, Packing List, & verifying BOL documents.
• Issuance of shipping instructions, export bills of lading, freight invoices, telex release and seaway bills
• Applying for Certificate of Origins via Freight Forwarder when required
• Dealing with short shipments, customer complaints
• Export Customs declaration via shipping agent / Freight Forwarder.
• Organising files in to relevant order's folders.
